1. DOWNLOAD the frame to your phone or tablet.
2. In Instagram, swipe to add to your story.
3. After taking a photo or video, in the top right corner, select the third icon from the right, then scroll down and select the image icon.
4. Select the Blood in the Water frame and then expand to fill the screen, fitting it around your image or video.
