MCW Anniversary – MCW Intercommonwealth Championship

With an historic victory at Fight to Survive, DELTA captured both the Intercommonwealth & Women’s Championship making history becoming the first Woman to hold the MCW Intercommonwealth Championship.

DELTA holds both the MCW Intercommonwealth and Women’s Championships!

A #1 Contender Battle Royal was held at End Game to decide the next contender for “2 belt DELTA” and Emman Azman seemingly had won the battle royal match, following his elimination of Nick Armstrong.

But it was the former champion Jarvis who distracted the referee, leading to none other than Nick Legstrong entering the ring and throwing out Emman to claim the victory and the #1 Contendership in the process.

Despite some controversy, it looked like the match was set, but Emman had a valid complaint, and he took it straight to the top – MCW General Manager Rocky Menero.

To Rocky’s credit, he wasted no time in setting things right, making the Intercommonwealth Championship at MCW Anniversary a three-way match – DELTA vs. Nick Legstrong vs. Emman Azman.

With new champion DELTA looking to prove she’s not just the equal of any man in MCW, but actually their superior; you have a former champion in Emman Azman looking to regain a championship that he thinks he should never have lost; and you have a real wild card in Nick Legstrong, who has proven he’ll do whatever it takes to win, no matter the consequences.

It’s a fascinating match up, and a match that’s truly worthy of being on the historic MCW Anniversary Weekend.
