Since September last year, Erika Reid and Eugenie have been on a collision course.
The one-time tag-team partners turned hated rivals have been constant thorns in each other’s side, and in the process have established themselves as two of the absolute best women wrestling across Australia.
But interestingly, when it comes to one-on-one matches in MCW, the scorecard between them is even.
Following Eugenie’s betrayal of Erika at World’s Collide, it was Fight to Survive in October last year where they got the chance to face each other for the first time.
And it was Erika who got the early advantage as she successfully defended the MCW Women’s Championship against Eugenie.

But at End Game in December, it was Eugenie who got the last laugh as she shockingly won the MCW Woman’s Championship from Erika and silenced the Melbourne Pavilion in the process.
In that moment, both the crowd and the MCW locker room learnt that there was a new force in wrestling.
And now that Eugenie has brought Kulture into MCW, she’s a more dominant threat than ever before. Strong, impactful and with one hell of a mean streak, it’s going to take a truly elite wrestler to win the MCW Women’s Championship from her.
But if you’re going to bet on someone to do it, who better than someone who has proven she can get the win over Eugenie?
For the third time, Eugenie and Erika Reid will face each other in the ring to compete for the MCW Women’s Championship, and one woman will not only be able to definitively say they are the better wrestler, but they’ll have the belt to prove it!
