With a match as chaotic as the Ballroom Brawl, you always have to expect some craziness, but I don’t think anyone picked Emman Azman turning up with a new attitude, and seemingly turning his back on the fans in the process. And even if you did pick it, we really don’t think anyone could have seen Azman joining forces with Carlo Cannon.
Together, the duo was an absolute force in the Brawl, with their blend of experience, power, technical skills and risk-taking being a tough combination for anyone to overcome.
Now the newly formed unit are set to return at Vendetta on Saturday 7th September, and they’re putting the MCW tag team scene on notice.
But here’s the thing, one team has been the standard bearer for tag teams in MCW for the last few years, and if anyone’s going to issue a challenge, you can be sure that the Natural Classics are going to answer the call.
We don’t need to talk about the skills of Stevie and Tome Filip – anyone who has seen the brothers in action know that they are among the very best teams in the country, and maybe even further afield.
So, if Azman and Cannon are thinking that they’re going to get an easy night, they better think again. But that’s not to say that this is necessarily an easy match to predict – any newly formed team have a level of unpredictability about them, and few teams have the sheer talent that Azman and Cannon do.
And while we know just how capable the Natural Classics are, they always have the potential to raise the bar even further.
All we know is that this is a match that promises a lot, and we think it’s going to live up to its potential.
