Melbourne City Wrestling aims to be the premier wrestling company in Australia. To achieve this, we engage highly skilled and committed performers to provide the best and most enjoyable product to our fan base while simultaneously creating and fostering a safe and supportive community. 

To that end, our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels welcome to participate and engage in the experience. We invite all those who attend these events to help us create positive experiences for everyone. 

All attendees, sponsors, vendors, partners, and volunteers at MCW events are required to adhere to the following Code of Conduct. Event organizers, along with our Security Team will enforce this Code throughout the event.

It is expected that as a patron of MCW live events that you will follow any directions given by event staff, including announcers. These directions may include etiquette guidelines for during the show and while interacting with any of our performers. 

Melbourne City Wrestling is dedicated to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment in any form. 

Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate during any aspect of the event, including social media such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or other online media. Any such behaviour will not be tolerated and MCW will take any action deemed necessary to ensure it does not reoccur. This may include immediate removal from an event without a refund and a prohibition from attending future events. Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. 

When attending an MCW event, we ask that you stay within the designated event area and do not enter any other facilities unless they have been clearly identified as part of the event. Employees may be working in non-event parts of the venue; it is expected that you respect the space and their work while you are visiting.

During MCW events, there are often photographers and videographers capturing the event. By attending you agree to be photographed or recorded, and you agree that MCW will be the sole copyright owner of such media. MCW reserves the right to use any media taken at any event without the express written permission of those included within the media, and you waive any rights therein.

MCW may use the photo or recording in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by MCW. However, MCW do attempt to respect each individual’s preferences for privacy — please feel free to speak with any of our uniformed team members if for any reason you would rather not be filmed or photographed.    

Reporting an Incident: If you see, overhear or experience a violation of the Code of Conduct during an event, please seek out one of our MCW team members to escalate your complaint.
