Almost since the second the Water Rapids claimed the Tag Team Championships, they’ve been pursued by the Natural Classics. But at End Game, there’s another team that could change everything.
It hasn’t been an easy title reign for the Water Rapids – Mitch Waterman was taken out by the Classics, and had to sit things out, while Ryan Rapid carried things on his back for a while. And look, that’s part of being a team.
Both Mitch and Ryan know that you have to take the rough with the smooth, but it’s also built up a hunger in both of them to show that we haven’t yet seen the best of the Water Rapids.
At End Game, they are out to not just keep the MCW Tag Team Championship around their waists, but prove that they are the new benchmark in tag team wrestling.
Meanwhile, in recent months, Tome and Stevie Filip have shown a dangerous new side to themselves, and all of a sudden, they’re possibly the most ruthless tag team in not just MCW, but the entire country.
We’ve always known how good they are, and as former Tag Champs themselves, they have the title pedigree to prove it. But this version of the Classics could prove to be the best version, even if it’s not one the fans can really get behind.
But what would End Game be without a wild card? Well, we have two of them.
The first one is the MCW return of one of the most popular tag teams in the country – The Dropouts!
The Tuckman and Scotty Green know what it takes to get the crowds cheering for them, but beyond the entrance music and dance moves, is a team that has the skills to beat anyone on their day.
They have the benefit of being underrated by a lot of their opponents, which means they can fly under the radar and get the win in any match – even in a three way match for the MCW Tag Team Championship.
Oh, and that other wild card? It’s a ladder match as the Tag Team titles will be suspended above the ring!
