In life, everyone wants to make an impact; in MCW, that’s even more true.
So, despite us not condoning her actions, we can understand why Caity Luxe chose to interfere in the match between Erika Reid and Shay Kassidy at Fight to Survive. From her front row seat, she attacked Erika and got thrown out of the Thornbury Theatre for her actions.
Possibly a case of losing the battle to hopefully win the war, and there’s no denying that she made an impact, and one hell of a statement too.
But then Caity attacked Erika outside the Relentless School of Pro Wrestling’s training facility, and suddenly things got even more serious.
Look, it’s just not acceptable for any wrestler to attack another outside the confines of the ring, and what Caity did crossed a line. And then, to make things even worse, her attack has ruled Erika out of competing at End Game – her absence is a loss not just for Erika, but for everyone at MCW; she’s as popular behind the scenes as she is with the MCW Faithful.
But with all that said, why is Caity Luxe going to be in an MCW ring at End Game?
Maybe she should be thanking her opponent?
You see, Shay Kassidy is pissed off. What she planned to be her coronation at Fight to Survive was derailed after Caity’s attack, putting an end to her challenge for the MCW Women’s Championship when the match was ruled a no contest.
And now thanks again to Caity, she doesn’t even get to challenge for the Championship? Yeah, we’d be pissed off too. Which is why at End Game, Shay is out for revenge, and is out to make Caity pay – a match that Shay demanded, despite MCW Management’s concerns.
The stage is set – one woman returning to MCW to cause chaos in the division and one-woman needing retribution for a lost opportunity. And looming in the background for both, is a future shot at the MCW Women’s Championship.
It’s a first time ever match, and it could only happen at End Game.
