Everything you need to know about MCW Ballroom Brawl 2025!
When is it?
MCW Ballroom Brawl 2025 is live on Saturday 5th July.
Where is it being held?
Ballroom Brawl sees MCW return to the Melbourne Pavilion, 135-157 Racecourse Road, Kensington.
How do I get there?
The Melbourne Pavilion is on the 57 tram line; get off at the Stubbs Road stop (stop #23).
If you’re coming via train, the Flemington Bridge train station on the Upfield line is a 1 minute walk away, heading northbound.
If you’re driving, the Melbourne Pavilion is on the corner of Flemington Road & Stubbs Street. If you’re travelling northbound along Citylink. Take the Racecourse Road exit, turn left at the Racecourse Road exit and an immediate left into Stubbs Street.
If you’re travelling north via Flemington Road, turn left into Racecourse Road and continue along, turning left into Stubbs Street.
If you’re travelling via North / West Melbourne, proceed north along Dryburgh Street. Veer left into Macaulay Road, drive approximately 1 km and turn right into Stubbs Street, continue to the end of Stubbs Street to the corner of Racecourse Road.
Is the event suitable for children?
MCW events are suitable for all ages. Anyone aged 16 and under should attend with a parent/adult.
What time does it start?
Doors open at 5:30pm. The show starts at 7pm. There will be a pre-show match presented by our friends at the Relentless School of Pro Wrestling.
Can I still get tickets?
Yes – go to MCWTix.com.au. But don’t leave it too late, recent MCW events have been sold out in advance.
Will tickets be available at the door?
Only limited GA tickets will be available to purchase at the door if the event has not sold out.
Can I watch Ballroom Brawl at home?
Yes, the event will stream live on YouTube from 7pm AEST. Click HERE for the live stream.

Winner enters Ballroom Brawl at #20
Ricky South vs. Tommy Knight
MCW management have offered an extra prize for the winner – the #20 slot in the Ballroom Brawl match. Ricky wants that slot to put him in the box seat to regain his championship; Tommy wants that slot to stop anyone else in MCW getting it.
MCW Intercommonwealth Championship

If there’s one man in MCW who’s been on a roll in recent months, it must be Lucky O’Leary. Now a fully fledged member of the ICON$, his membership has only helped him go to a new level. But at Ballroom Brawl, he’s about to face his toughest test yet, and possibly win his biggest prize in the process!
2025 Ballroom Brawl Match
20 wrestlers compete for the chance to challenge for a championship! It’s a staggered battle royale that starts with only two wrestlers in the ring, and every two minutes a new challenger enters the match, with the last person standing earning a guaranteed opportunity to challenge for the MCW World Heavyweight Championship anytime within the next 12 months!
Following High Stakes, we know that Robbie Thorpe will enter at #1, but who will get the coveted #20 spot?
